First, you have to create your professional account (from the homepage)
Your account will be confirmed after validation of your professional identification number after a few hours.
After reception of the validation mail, you are ready to order !
Your online order is made in real time by choosing articles and quantities. Prices are tax-free (VAT excl.).
You will receive a summary after validation by mail, with all details.
As a reminder, the minimum purchase of the first order is 300€ HT, restocking is 150€ HT.
What sequence after I send my order?
You will receive a pro forma invoice including shipping costs within 24 hours, with the most accurate calculation of shipping costs (unless "free of charge" is applicable).
In order not to delay the preparation of your order, we expect your final confirmation by mail as soon as possible, 24 hours if possible.
Preparation and shipment of your order within 48 hours.
When do I have to send the payment ?
The invoice is due upon receipt of the pro forma invoice for the first order (before shipping)
From the second order, the payment is due to 30 days after invoice.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are at your expense, from our warehouse to your delivery address (warehouse or shop only).
They are calculated at the best carrier offer on your address (no flat prices) unless you have another carrier, see all conditions in Article 2 of our Terms of use, "General Terms and Conditions of Sale".
Who's taking care of the transport?
We entrust our shipments within France and Europe to the UPS and DHL contracted carriers, unless otherwise stated by you.
When will I receive my order?
Shipments by carriers are received within 4 to 8 days.
Whatever the chosen carrier, you will receive a link to follow your shipment online.
Is it possible to be delivered?
Our warehouse is located near Paris. As a result, orders from central Paris and the nearby Paris region are granted with the free delivery to only one delivery address.
